Services offered

Your Interior Designer provides virtual interior design services: curated design concepts, personalized palettes, and clickable shopping guides delivered digitally based on the package you select. Standard delivery is 2–7 business days from when we receive your complete intake.

Custom work

Every deliverable is hand-curated for your specific space, style, and budget. Our work is therefore treated as custom work made to order for you.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund, provided design work has not yet begun. To cancel, contact us through the intake form on the site and include your order details.

Refunds

Because every concept is custom work, refunds are not available once design work has started.

At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund based on the stage of work completed at the time of your request. For example, less work completed (initial concept gathered, no moodboard started) generally allows a larger partial refund than more work completed (moodboard delivered, shopping list in progress). The amount is decided case by case and communicated to you before being processed.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate room photos, rough measurements, budget, and style preferences in your intake.
• Respond to clarifying questions in a reasonable timeframe so your delivery is not delayed.
• Make sure you have the right to redesign the space you are submitting (for example, you own it or have permission from the owner).

Delivery timing

Standard delivery is 2–7 business days from receipt of a complete intake. Delays caused by missing information or slow responses from the client extend the timeline by an equivalent amount.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of revisions described on the packages section of the site. Additional revisions beyond what your package includes can be added for an additional fee, agreed with you in advance.

Intellectual property

The design concepts we deliver are licensed to you for personal use in the space described in your intake. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used for another property without our written permission.

Product recommendations link to third-party retailers. We are not responsible for retailer fulfillment, pricing, availability, shipping, or product quality.

Affiliate disclosure

Some product links in our shopping guides may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase. This never increases the price you pay.

Limitation of liability

Our service provides design recommendations only. Final purchasing, contracting, and installation decisions are yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the deliverables or the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
